I want to start by thanking everyone for their past support for the lifeguards. Without your generous contributions, this program would not be here. The July 4th benefit (Party on July 3rd) is coming up and we are asking for any contribution you can spare for the auction. Any one with a service, tour or product will be assured that their contribution will bring in good $ for this necessary program. This year we will be making more space for the silent auction so each person can set out cards or a write up that would tell what their business or tour offers. If we get the same level of response as last year… we are setting up extra tents and tables to insure the businesses that donate get a proper venue! We are also going to try to extend the auction online to try to bring in higher bids and people that may be out of town but would like to donate can get involved. Last year the benefit brought in over $10k and well over 1/2 of that went to pay off 2 years of debt. This year we are going in fresh & this $ should really go a long way. We are also asking for any input or suggestions about the benefit to make it better! We would love to hear from you.
